Pricing
These services are included under “preventative care,” which is no cost to qualified patients. Services can also be included as part of the HealthyBoiler blood panel (which results in HSA contribution)
Faculty, staff, retirees and family members, age 8 weeks and older, who are covered on Purdue staff insurance plans

When will I get results?
2-7 business days
Do I need an appointment?
Appointment are required. Usually requires initial screening appointment for new clients, then blood work can be done as walk-in following that appointment
