How to make homemade strawberry ice cream
It's ridiculously easy to make with a food processor or high powered blender.
All you do is put it all the ingredients in the food processor and blend scraping down the sides several times as you go.
And if you prefer soft serve you can Enjoy right away.
Or pour in loaf pan... cover... and freeze for several hours till firmer.
What you need to make this Paleo Ice Cream:
- Frozen Strawberries
- Full Fat Coconut Milk
- Cashew Nut Butter- or nut butter of choice
- Maple Syrup
Tools used to make this Ice Cream:
This is the food processor used to make this ice cream. Love the easy clean up with this one.
How long to freeze it prior to serving:
You need to freeze it a minimum of 4-6 hours in a covered freezer safe container.
And you'll need to allow at least 30 minutes to thaw prior to serving or until it's easily scoopable.
This ice cream can be kept up to 2 weeks in the freezer but I prefer to eat it the same day.
