Elves can be assigned as a Slayer task at level 70 combat by various Slayer masters after completion of Regicide. Elves are mainly found in Tirannwn and some in the Mourner Headquarters in West Ardougne until the events of Song of the Elves. They are initially found at the Iorwerth Camp in Isafdar, with more locations becoming available if the player starts the Mourning's End Part I and again if they complete Song of the Elves. Depending on their weapon, elves attack with either Melee or Ranged.

Now after completing the Regicide quest, you can get assigned elves as a slayer task. Now this task is actually really really fast and you can use a cannon there as well. I’ve seen a lot of people skip this task and I’m not really sure why because on the Grand Exchange, you can actually buy a teleport scroll called the “Elf camp teleport” and that literally teleports you directly to the elves. Making the task really fast and easy.
