Polari Campsite is located in a tranquil cove south of Rovinj, surrounded by the sea and centuries-old olive, pine, and cypress trees. It provides numerous sports and entertainment options for families, pristine beaches, a vast swimming pool complex, Spray Park, and a diverse selection of gourmet cuisine. Pula Airport, which offers international flights, is 38 km away from Polari Campsite.

Accommodation options

The pitches range from 100 to 120 m² and are numbered. They are arranged on a slope with shaded spots leading to the sea. All necessary connections and excellent equipment are provided. Camping grounds with electric hook-ups are also available, ranging from 80 to 100 m².

There are six types of mobile homes, from standard to luxury, all of which have a terrace, two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests can book a home with a whirlpool on the terrace. Additionally, all guests have access to shared swimming pools and barbecue areas.

Beaches, pools and water attractions

The campsite has a variety of beaches, ranging from rocky and pebble ones to those covered in stone slabs. They stretch over a two-kilometre-long strip of coast and are designed for families with children, guests bringing dogs, sunbathers, and those who prefer to relax in the shade. Showers are available on all beaches.

Additionally, guests have access to a large freshwater pool, measuring 1450 m², with a smaller pool for children. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available for rent.

Spray Park is a great place for children to have fun. It has three pools and a water playground, covering an area of 600 m².

Restaurants, bars and shops

Themed restaurants are plentiful here, offering a variety of dishes. From burgers, wok dishes, fish specialities, and grilled dishes to Mediterranean classics, there is something for everyone. The campsite bars serve refreshing drinks, co*cktails, craft beer, and Istrian wine. In addition to delicious food and quality drinks, they boast a beautiful location with views of the beach and sea.

Other campsite amenities include a supermarket, a fruit and vegetable stand, a bakery, and specialised shops.

Sports and entertainment

The campsite offers a variety of sports courts for adults, who can also rent pedal boats, kayaks, and stand-up paddleboards. Children can enjoy playgrounds, a 'rubber town', and a floating waterpark. They can also play video games or jump on trampolines for an extra charge. Drift trikes are especially popular with kids and can be rented by the track at the entrance to the campsite.

The Fun & Sport team is in charge of an imaginative entertainment programme for both day and night.

What to do and see around Rovinj?

The campsite is located near Rovinj, which is one of the most picture-perfect towns in Istria. Rovinj is famous for its cobbled streets, art galleries, restaurants, and bars. The town is overlooked by the imposing 18th-century church of St Euphemia. Rovinj hosts many summer events, concerts, and festivals. Additionally, there are nice beaches and islets nearby, which are popular day-trip destinations.

Lim Bay is a fjord-like area where top restaurants offer shellfish specialities. Wine lovers can enjoy the tastings in numerous local wineries. History buffs must visit the abandoned city of Dvigrad and Pula, with its famous amphitheatre.

The Brijuni National Park, a protected archipelago with a safari park, is also nearby. Its most famous resident, elephant Lanka, arrived at Brijuni in 1972 as a gift from Indira Gandhi.
